Faster set planned for tomorrow. Today 6 x 3 minute maximum threshold intervals with 60 seconds float recovery. 8.5km including recovery plus warm up, 8.5km warm down. 120km last 7 days.

On track this Thursday is an 800m. I'll use a 3000m early as warm up plus the usual 100m and 200m strides.
