Chilly Morning ; Local runs ; 4km Warm Up ; 10km Hill Loop ; Warm Down ; Afternoon Short Leg Speed Intervals at Glasshouse Rocks Beach
A very Chilly morning with a biting wind no clouds, warming up slowly after sunrise. I ran a 4km warm up from home followed by my regular 10km hill loop. After the run a short warm down. In the Afternoon a trip to glasshouse Rocks Beaches for a set of short intervals to keep the leg speed up.
