Warm Up Run 3km ; Hill Loop 10km ; Dolphin Spotting ; Recovery Run

With Tides unfavourable for another week Beach running has been put on hold with all runs done from home. This morning was very cold with a 3km warm up followed by a 10km run on my regular hill loop which includes a stop across the road at the lookout Where I was treated to a large pod of dolphins putting on a show for 20 minutes or so. In the afternoon a recovery run.
