Local Run 7km ; Hill Loop 10km ; Afternoon Recovery Run 10km ; Road trip Dalmeny Beaches incl Short race Pace Intervals

Another very cold morning, warming quickly with the rising Sun. All runs done from home with a steady 7km warm up followed by a 10km effort on my regular Hill Loop. Before lunch a road trip to Dalmeny Beaches with Munchkin the Border Collie including a set of short race Pace Intervals on grass. In the afternoon a 10km Recovery run.
