Sea Fog and Drizzle Runs 20km ; Breaking 2 Eliud Kipchoge Alphafly Long Term Review

Morning runs from home, 20km all up including the final 10km as a quick Tempo run. Weather was constant light drizzle, cloudy, no sun, a joy to be out there running in the mist. Yesterday afternoon my recovery run also turned into a quick 10km Tempo Run. I'm running better every day now, less than 3 weeks until I start racing proper events again. This mornings run was done in the Breaking 2 Eliud Kipchoge Alphafly. A good choice on a wet day, the shoes still have decent traction after all these years. I may pull them out again for my Half Marathon in May.

Your training is going well Bruce. I'm impressed with mine, bought 3 pairs of the 1s. Original pair has 750+ ks on them and they still feel good.
Thanks Ewen, Long may the 1s Live:-)
