Hard to believe only day 2, yesterday a huge epic.

1500m schedule:

W55: psw 547 2nd ; ks 610? 3rd

W45: kt 519 4th

W40: cougar 515 3rd

M55: sk 4:59 4th

M50 Roget 5:36

M45 Grey seal 4:47?

Some excellent racing. A fun day to watch and yell.

Once again another great day, and some fantastic times too...

Seems like the training has paid off for all of you.

Going to work tomorrow, so much to do, but will keep checking the internet for results, am really proud of all of you, well done.

A big weather event is brewing for much of my local area this afternoon and weekend. Up to 100mm predicted to fall with damaging winds. I've been through a few of these periods now. I've started setting up for indoor training. This morning a quick trip to the shop for supplies that the puppy will eat, another short run solo, and a short puppy training session of fetch the ball. I ran 80 minutes just before the weather arrived. Tassie Masters Athletics posted this video from the Australian Masters Athletics Championships mixed XC race a few days ago on their Youtube site. A great memory from such a great event.
