Long Run : Track Intervals

First intense track session or the season. A 20km run, after 60 minutes 4x100m (17-14), 3x400m+300m (1500m=4:15) with a lap trot between, 30 minute warm down.

Karen, Em, Kathy and others also there. Track starts in three Thursdays. Bring it on:-)
