keith who leaves near the coast suffered this week for training opportunities due to heavy rain. He was able to fit in a long run and recovery 4:30/km reducing to 3:39/km

I got out there late afternoon for my 17km loop around and over Mount Stromlo with a few kilometres tacked on at the end.

Next set Saturday morning at Stromlo XC circuits group training, long XC intervals.
