Keith 5 x 400m Grass Track ; Long Run 17km

Windy day for everyone in South East Australia with a series of cold fronts rolling through. Strong winds, cold, showers and snow for the nearby mountains. Keith did his 5 x 400m set with 200m jog recovery at the rough Bega grass track. Splits: 83,83,85,83,81. The Australian Institute track in Canberra opens next Monday. Maybe Keith and I will be able to fit in a session or two.

I ran in late afternoon after work, out and back on bike path by the lake for 17km, 125km for the week.

Next set on Saturday morning, a mix of short and longer XC intervals.
