17km incl Beach Intervals

Pre-dawn 10km warm up followed by a short set of beach intervals, long warm down, 17km for the morning. Next weekend is a public holiday. Parkrun Batemans Bay should have a few Canberra's heading to the coast escaping the cold. I hope there are a couple of faster runners. Most days I'll do a short interval set to stay sharp just in case. I'm on top of the volume and feeling good every day in training. I'm looking forward to July and August when I can test myself at Sutherland2Surf 11km and City2Surf 14km mass participation fun runs.
