Broulee Beach Paced 1500m

Morning drive north to Broulee Beach with the tide still going out for a 1500 paced effort at approx 3:20/km (4:57).Splits500m(1:40,1:42,1:35) 2.5km warm up, 5km warm down, all on beach. In the afternoon a recovery run from home, 20km for the day. Next effort at Parkrun Batemans Bay. A low volume day on Friday to freshen up, just 10km.
