Long Intervals 2 x 1km, 1 x 2km Hill

A delayed start to the day, storms overnight and windy clearing to full sun. I found shelter from the wind in the rain forest. The set: 5km warm up, 2 x 1km and the 2km climb back home at full gas. I'll continue with the long intervals all week. We have a runners Christmas Party on Friday evening, around 20 of us.
