Fartlek Session 16km

Early morning 16km Fartlek Session, mostly on the golf course. I worked all of the hilly and flat sections, recovery on the down hills. An extended warm down to Bar Beach for a quick swim then home. 22km for the day. Today I completed my 35th week in this base building block and my 10th consecutive high volume week completed with all the sessions added. This week a focus on long intervals and the following week shorter intervals. On 24th or 25th December I'll return to running Parkrun at full gas and start looking to build great form again leading into February 2023.
