Beach Intervals 2 x 1km ; Recovery Run

Morning set of 2 x 1km beach intervals at low tide followed by a long recovery run. I've completed my taper for Sutherland2Surf 11km road race on Sunday. Just easy runs with a couple of harder efforts to be done before heading up the coast to Cronulla on Saturday morning.
