Morning Taper Session 4 x 1km, 1 x 1500m Hill at reduced pace

Morning solo run down to the beach and return including a set of 4 x 1km beach intervals and a 1500m hill back home, all slower than I would normally do. Main goal getting to the start line on Sunday at the Sutherland2Surf Road Race without niggles and ready to race. On Saturday morning a slow 5km run from home before driving north to Cronulla.
