Long Beach Intervals 2 x 2km, 1 x 3km ; Steve 4 x 1km

Morning session of beach intervals starting at Glasshouse Rucks Beach with 2 x 2km efforts, finishing at home with a 3km effort. Tomorrow morning I relocate to near Glasshouse Rucks Beach for a 3 day running camp with Milli and Munchkin the Border Collies. Steve ran 4 x 1km this morning on his patch in chilly conditions. Pace target 3:20-3:25/km
