Long Beach Intervals 12km ; Long Warm Down ; 2 x 500m Single Track Hill Efforts ; Training Update
Morning Long Interval Session at Glasshouse Rocks Beaches Racing Munchkin the Border Collie. Weather cool to warm, easterly wind after a cold front brought overnight rain to the area. Falling Tide with access to all Beaches. The Set: Warm up, 6 x 2km efforts with long recovery, 2 x 500m Single Track Hill efforts to complete the session, Long warm down from home. Training Update: This weekend completes week 32 of this almost 12 month base training block. Last 4 weeks were 137km, 134km, 136km, 141km. I haven't had a week under 130km in 17 weeks.
