At the AIS, two groups, 800m & 3km/5km
800m group: 4 x 100m ; 2 x 200m 35-36 ; 600-800m @ 2:24 pace or 2:40-2:50 pace ; Set of Emma 4 x 266.6m @48, 48 sec jog recovery ; 4 x 100m
3000m/5000m group: 4 x 100m ; 4 x 1000m 3:30s ; 4 x 266.6m ; 4 x 100m
Everyone looking good today, all hitting their marks. Karen again a PB in training 800m=2:28
