Strength Endurance

Before I start the 300m intervals a couple of strength endurance sessions to ease my way into it. Today an ascent up Mount Ainslie on the winding path with Bella and Minnie. ANZAC day festivities below at the War Memorial, plenty gathered on the mountain as well. Cold and windy. Only stayed at the top for 30 minutes or so.

Next week I will do an ascent of Black Mountain at lunch in time trial mode as the second SE session.

This afternoon a ploddle from the lake with friends. 19km for the day.
