Keith in Bega 5 x 3 minute efforts, 200m jog recovery. Splits: 3:27/km, 3:26/km, 3:25/km, 3:22/km, 3:34/km. looking at the splits Keith is in great form. Weather as here was very windy. A great set in those conditions.

Only 10km for me, a recovery run on hills again. I felt good despite the weather.

Heading south to Tasmania tomorrow morning. I may have something exciting (for me) to announce tmoz evening.
