Stromlo XC Intervals 5 x 500m efforts, 500m recovery

Wednesday morning session at Stromlo XC circuits. Weather cool, partly cloudy, no wind. The set: Warm up, 5 x 500m efforts with 500m jog recovery, warm down. Splits: 1:31,1:30,1:28,1:27,1:23. Surprisingly quick given no hard efforts in a week. Final effort my best on record.

An afternoon recovery run to maintain 120km for the week. Next set on Thursday, similar session as today.
