Hilly Half Marathon Recovery Run

Sunday morning recovery run of 21.1km all on hilly forest trails out and back from home. Weather light winds, cool and some drizzle made it great for running. I've dropped another half kilo this week, now stabilising at 56.5kg. By next week I'll have dropped my goal of 2kg by New Year. I'll drop another kil in January and sit on that.

Next set on Tuesday morning at Stromlo XC circuits, 800m efforts with 200m recovery.
