Long Recovery Run 17km
Monday afternoon recovery run of 17km on forest trails. Weather warm, sunny, windy. I've started doing pushups (60) at the finish of my run. I'll include core strength work after the next long run.
Next set early Tuesday morning, it will still be windy. The set 2000m,1500m,1000m,500m with 2 minutes jog recovery.
Last evening was a Christmas party, lts of fun. Non-runners outnumbered the runners.
