Lactate Intervals

Running my first 800m outside of training this Thursday, the Pennington series, session 2 of get fast quick following on from Saturday's session.

With K and genie, 200m stride, then 4x200m maximum sustainable effort, 1min trot recovery.

Of me: All efforts 31.5-31.6, slight headwind in home straight=2:06+7 seconds=2:13 guesstimate for Thursday. We will see.

Of the girls: Both looking good. Genie a big weekend, heavy legs.
