Long Intervals

For most this week easy before the championships on the weekend. Many will do strides today or tomorrow. No track tonight. 800%1500 for them on the weekend...either that or Ironman NZ. Good luck.

For me not racing on the weekend (I had my championship last Friday), back up to 120km again.

Today at the track, 3x1000m 307,307,307 with 200m recovery (1-2mins). A tug-o-war with the wind.

Weight=55.4kg KM in last 7 days=120
