Happy Monday
Such a nice day, full sun, warm, quite windy in the afternoon...the puddles are still there, all the dams still overflowing.
On the bike path: kt 2 x 800, then 2 x 600, then 1 by 400 to make up for short 800's cos of puddle (up or down a second or three at 22's, 84sec for 400m). Missy 4 x 600 at 25's
On the track: Emma, sore butt, doing a warm up and then to test the injury from the long jump.
On the track: Me, tired on third hard day. 3 x 100m (17,16,15). Progressive: 2 x 800m (2:29, 2:27), 400 (70), 200 (32). All effforts with 60 seconds recovery.
