AIS Track : Short Intervals

No soreness from yesterday so a trip out to the track. 5km warm up, 4 x 100m, 4 x 400m (72,72,70,70) with 400m jog between. 5km warm down. Not a lactate session, just a solid few laps of the track quicker than yesterday.

Still planning to run a 5000m on Thursday evening. Just an easy run tomorrow and keeping the workload light.
