Long Run #16

In the heat of the day 95 minutes through the bush tracks alone. Still 140km+ in the legs last 7 days but two low volume days to follow on the way to Bendigo.

Tomorrow morning doing a light track session. I should be good for the 5000m on Monday but much fresher and more race fit for the half marathon six days after that.
