Stromlo XC : Long Stepdown Lactate Intervals

Location back to Stromlo in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat. Minnie out there early for a threshold session. Steve and I for the lactate intervals.

The set: 4 x 100m ; 1000m (3:16), 800m (2:33), 600m (1:53), 400m (70), 200m (33) all with 400m jog between efforts.
