Saint Malo Day 10 : Recovery Day Long Run

Today again perfect weather, warm, sunny, light winds. I've changed hotels today and used the move as an excuse for a recovery day. No fast set or intervals. When the tide was out in the afternoon I went for a long run of a 100 minutes, just an easy run, mostly on the beach. Kite surfers everywhere as the wind was up late afternoon.

The tides are reaching their extremes in this cycle. High tide will reach 11.4 metres this evening. This afternoon low tide was 1.1 metres (it gets lower). I went out to the island Petit-Be from Grand-Be, the walkway to the island is only passable a few times a month. I did get across there in 2015. Currents are too dangerous to swim across.
