Long Recovery Run 20km, ran out of juice

Afternoon run from home, mostly on forest trails of 20km out and back. Return segment was a struggle with the sun still up and running low on fluid. All will be good with some sleep and hydration.

Sunday is a peculiar event called Sprint Marathon Relay which will comprise for me 7 x 1km intervals plus a 2km effort and lots of rest in between. It's not a sprint, nor a marathon, lots of fun.
