Stromlo XC Intervals 17km incl 200m,400m,5 x 300m Hills : Steve 4 x 500m

Morning set at Stromlo XC circuits. The grass was being sprayed with chemicals, I trained on part of the circuit where they were not. After warm up: 200m, 400m followed by 5 x 300m steep hills with jog down recovery. This week a recent peak of 132km. Last week at 130km was early February. That coincided with some great races prompting a step back and regroup, then building to this level again. I'll be looking for another peak at the begining of April. Steve ran 4 x 500m strides on his local patch. Splits: 1:43,1:38,1:34,1:30 with 3 minutes recovery.
