Long Step Down Beach Intervals 6,5,4,3,2,1 minutes, recovery reducing 2-1minute

Morning set of Long Step Down Intervals at Surf Beach in humid cloudy conditions, stiff breeze from the north. The set: 2 km warm up followed by 6,5,4,3,2,1 minute efforts, 2 minutes float recovery for the first 3 efforts, 1 minute recovery for the last three, an acceleration for all efforts in the final 100m. I felt great running this set again. I have been doing it off and on for over a decade. Next set 5 x 3 Minutes, 1 minute recovery.
