Pre-Parkrun Session incl 4 x 1km Beach Intervals, 1 x 1500m Hill Effort

Cool, grey morning for a pre-Parkrun session down to the beaches and return. The set: Long warm up, 150m strides on the Golf Course, 4 x 1km beach efforts at dead low tide, 1500m Hill Effort at full gas to finish off. Long Warm down. Next Effort at Parkrun tomorrow.
