Morning XC Interval set for Steve of 3 x 500m efforts. Splits: 1:38,1:37,1:37. A good sign Steve has most of his leg speed back. High tide on the coast, a 50 Minute Fartlek Session on the hilly golf course including 5 x 150m Strides on the flat section as a warm up, warm down on the beach.
