Sunday Run ; Ocean Beach Dip Water Recovery, Therapy ; Long Recovery Run
After the time trial yesterday morning no need for a session today, just a run followed by a swim in the Ocean Beach and a long recovery run in the afternoon. Tomorrow will mark the 23rd week of this base building training block maintaining 120km+/week. It's only five weeks until I start to Taper for the Australian Masters Athletics Championships to be held in Hobart Tasmania. I still have three local Parkrun events to complete before I start the road trip south.
