Surf still pounding in this morning during my pre-dawn set along the undulating ocean boulevard of 7 x 3 minutes, 1 minute recovery. 2 km warm up, long warm down, 17km for the day. Steve ran 5 x 100m, 4 x 200m, 1 x 1 km in his morning set.
