Repeat Yesterday 7 x 3 Minute Efforts, 1 minute recovery

Today I start my journey to Tasmania. I was up before dawn again running the set of 7 x 3 minute efforts with 1 minute jog recovery. I was able to fit another run in the afternoon although 33 degrees in Beechworth. I arrived at my stopover destination after 4 hours 15 minutes of driving. Before I left I too a look at the beach, better than yesterday, not tempting to go down there for a quick trot.
