All Terrain Runs Narooma Beach, Golf Course, Whale Spotting and Surrounds 17km

Another sunny morning, great weather for a road trip south to Narooma for runs and sight seeing, a change of scenery. Munchkin the Border Collie and I ran our usual fast session at Glasshouse Rocks Beaches and single tracks early and later met up with Milli the Border Collie for company on a run through the Golf Course. On the way home I took Munchkin sightseeing to introduce her to places she hadn't experienced in her first 6 months of life including sea life under the Board Walk. Back at home a long warm down including Whale Spotting where they were putting on a show with much of the town watching, scattered along the Ocean Boulevard.
In the afternoon a second fast paced run. 17km for the day.

A big weather event is brewing for much of my local area this afternoon and weekend. Up to 100mm predicted to fall with damaging winds. I've been through a few of these periods now. I've started setting up for indoor training. This morning a quick trip to the shop for supplies that the puppy will eat, another short run solo, and a short puppy training session of fetch the ball. I ran 80 minutes just before the weather arrived. Tassie Masters Athletics posted this video from the Australian Masters Athletics Championships mixed XC race a few days ago on their Youtube site. A great memory from such a great event.
