Rest Day Sleep Catch Up ;Chilly1 degree Overnight ; Glasshouse Rocks Long Beach Intervals 3 x 4km ; Warm down

After a rest day in Tour de france a chance to catch up on sleep. This morning a trip to Glasshouse Rocks for a set of 3 x 4km Beach intervals. It was 1 degree overnight at home with frost on the grass, a rarity on this part of the coast.

Today the stage at tour de France starts and finishes in Toulouse. It's a big , busy place and I have avoided it over the years. In 2017 the Tour started in Blagnac, very close to Parkrun La Ramee and I spent the morning there in a beautiful park with friendly people rather than chase the tour followed by visits to the small towns of Eymet, Monflanquin, Lauzerte and beautiful St Emilion, All worth a side trip.After the tourism stops I resumed the Tour chasing in the Pyrenees.
