AIS Track 2000m Tempo

5.5km warm up, 4 x 100m with jog back recovery, 2000m 6:30, 5.5km warm down. Squeezed another second per lap (78) out of my legs compared to Tuesday. With the temperature in single digits all day (3.5 degrees at 5:30pm) it was hard to get warmed up properly and risky to kick down on the last 100m...so I didn't.

That leaves two easy days of jogging before the Gold Coast Half Marathon to freshen up some more. Looks like I am turning up around midnight tomorrow, changed flight beyond my control. I get to have a normal day here and a sleep in on Saturday if I am lucky.
