Long Recovery Run Lake Bike Path 30km
Sunday morning long run of 30km out and back along bike paths stretching along lakes and the Molonglo river. Plenty of cyclists out there (Janene and Gregg included). Pace was slow to moderate, mostly around 4:40s/km. I hope to do a couple more runs of this length before Marathon de Paris. I felt a little underdone this morning. I'll need a short jog in the afternoon to loosen the legs up...a bit stiff.
Next sets on Tuesday and Thursday, both 4 x 800m with 200m recovery.
