Stromlo XC Intervals 4 x 600m, 400m recovery : Where to From here?

Morning set at Stromlo XC circuits with Steve. Weather cool, light winds, dew on grass. The set: 2500m warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 4 x 600m efforts with 400m jog recovery, 2500m warm down. Splits: 1:57,1:52,1:52,1:48.

In the afternoon an easy recovery run. Next set on Saturday morning at Stromlo with long XC intervals.

Where to from here as an athlete? Options are minimal although they still exist. I have a Garmin which is very accurate. I have to be imaginative and find some science with self isolated venues that suit. I have four weeks of no work to play with.
