Long Recovery Run on Forest Trails

Monday morning long recovery run on forest trails. Weather cool and humid, trails muddy from lots of overnight rain and storms. It remained dry for the run, starting again mid-morning. More rain to come over the next week on and off. On such a soft and slippery track pace wasn't quick. 17km for the day, 125km last 7 days.

Next set on Tuesday morning 4-5 x 800m efforts at Stromlo XC circuits.

Australian government directions yesterday say we can only exercise in pairs now, social distancing.
