Friday session for Keith of 5 x 100m, 8 x 200m. 200m efforts done up and down hill. Splits: 38,34,39,34,39,34,37,34. Easy to work out which was up or down.

Easy 2 days recovery running for me. Sessions will resume from saturday morning, long XC intervals group session.
