I ran mid-afternoon again, long run to Australian Institute of Sport Track, mixed session to get my legs turning over at 3:10/km again. Efforts 200m,700m,3 x 400m.

Easy running on Friday, Saturday morning group session at Stromlo XC circuits, long intervals.
