ACT Masters XC Handicap 4km, 8km

Sunday morning XC Handicap at OÇonnor Ridge, distances 4km and 8km. Both course hilly on gravel path. Weather cool, light winds. Keith was running the 4km as training (16 minutes) Keith splits: 3:57,4:13,4:13,3:35. I was doing the same in the 8km along with Helen (backing up from a trail half marathon day before).
