Thursday morning session for Steve of 5 x 3 minute efforts, 1 minute jog recovery. Splits:3:30/km,3:35/km,3:33/km,3:33/km,3:38/km. Weather cool with some wind. A series of rain showers rolled through yesterday bringing much cooler temperatures.

I ran 1 hour 50 minutes on forest trails, much of it out of the wind.
