Steve 2 X 2500m : 4 X 800m, 1 X 1500m Hill Tempo

Morning set for Steve of 2 X 2500m with 2 minutes recovery. Splits: 9:29,9:12. My set was 4 X 800m with 200m jog recovery, then a 1500m Hill Tempo coming back from the beach. 18km for the day.
