Long Intervals : 5 x 3 Minute efforts, 60 seconds recovery

Drove from Beaune to Epernay this morning. Long afternoon run of 80 minutes included 5 x 3 minute efforts, 60 seconds jog recovery. Here for another 4 nights before heading home.

Next set 4 x 1500m efforts in a couple of days.
